Trailer: Focus (Starring Will Smith and Margot Robbie)
Will is back in a new stylish flick, playing the role of a grifter with a hot protege (Margot Robbie). Predictably, they fall for each other and things get complicated along the way. Certainly could be a fun watch when it hits theaters on February 27th.
One of the most anticipated films of 2015, Fury Road follows up on the original Mad Max film from 1979 starring Mel Gibson. Mel himself was originally considered for the new film, which had been in the works for a decade, but all the delays resulted on new scripts and Tom Hardy taking the lead. At long last though, Warner Bros. unveiled the debut trailer for the film recently at Comic-Con. Expect a lot of action in this epic post-apocalyptic ride when it hits theaters on May 15th.
Director Zack Snyder tweeted a glimpse of what Gal Gadot will look like as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice. She definitely looks like a badass, but it’ll take more than that to sell the hardcore comics crowd, obviously.
You probably never knew about the first live-action Tekken movie that released back in 2010, though no one would blame you. It took four years but I guess somebody decided it deserved a sequel. So, here we are.
If your interest is piqued at all, check out Trailer #2 (non-HD). There’s really not much info on the film except that it’s in development and features a couple recognizable actors, such as Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (played Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat).
Check out this short featurette of Expendables 3, with some bts clips mixed in with action scenes from the upcoming movie.
Though it’s the first film in the series to not be rated R, the excitement is still real for the upcoming summer sequel loaded with action movie icons. One could make the argument that July has been pretty dry for summer blockbusters, with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes being the headliner. So it’s nice that Expendables 3 along with a few other releases will get things back on track in August.
I’m still a bit shaky on what to expect from this upcoming Summer flick, but we now have a better look (and listen) of all four turtles. Shredder is throwing me off a bit, but I’m actually feeling the revamp. Oh and, of course you can’t have a trailer of a Michael Bay film without a glimpse at the explosions to come.
You might’ve forgotten about this one, but Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are back in the sequel to the 1994 comedy Dumb and Dumber. The official first trailer just went live after premiering on Jimmy Fallon. Despite a 20-year gap between the films, thanks to Hollywood makeup magic they look pretty much exactly as they did back then.
This won’t hit theaters until November 14th. In the meantime, you can spot Jeff in the final season (sigh) of The Newsroom on HBO this summer.
Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For - Character Posters
The much anticipated sequel to Sin City doesn’t hit theaters until August 22nd, but the hype has long been turned up. Check out the new character posters that you can find in theaters leading up to the movie’s theatrical release.
Summer movie season is nearly upon us. We’re now a month away from most likely the greatest X-Men film ever. It seems like just yesterday when the news became official about the film, but now one of the more memorable story arcs from the comics will be coming to life. We also get a better look at the Sentinels, who have been long overdue for showing up in an X-Men film.
