Directly from EA Sports themselves, the upcoming NBA Elite ‘11 which should have been dropping next week, instead has been delayed until further notice. The reason? Overwhelmingly bad feedback and lack of satisfaction in product testing. Sites even say it won’t come out until March 2011, just a month or so before the playoffs.
In the meantime, NBA Jam, which was going to be available only to people who bought NBA Elite, will instead be a released as its own game (as it should have been all along). The Wii version will drop next week, and versions for the Xbox 360 and PS3 will drop later on.
So yeah, good luck with that EA fans.
