One day, we were kinda bored.
MaterialKillers was started in late 2009 as a small Tumblr-hosted lifestyle blog out of fun. We wanted to present Tumblr users with more content than similar blogs had done, and we felt like we could’ve done much better at it than most. At the time Tumblr was relatively a baby with 3 million or so users. These days, its a growing monster, with 25+ million blogs and several big name brands and corporations (MTV, Rolling Stone, Warner Bros., Def Jam, etc) now being part of the community. As the platform has grown, so have we and our exposure. We look forward to continued growth and making new associates along the way.
